United has pride to enter into new Millennium with most modern and latest models of Rotary printing machines. We have 3 Rotary printing machines from Stork, 1 for narrow and 2 for wider widths. We also have fully computerized “Reggiani”Rotary printing machine having capability to print up to 16 colours designs with 4 different repeats i,e, 640, 820, 914 and 1018 mm on maximum 300 cms width.
Finishing
A fleet of 10 machines is available to take care of heating settings and finishing process of printed, dyed and bleeched fabrics comprising on “Monfort Stanters (Germany) along with “Bianco’s (Italy) Weft Stanter system to control bowing problem on strioes and square designs up to 300cm width width and “Arroli’s” colour fixation. “Ager” machines (Italy) having capability to process fabric up to 300cm at 150 Degree temperature for fixation of pigments and reactive colours.
